All pieces outside of our One Of A Kind collections are made to order. This allows us to keep the custom, handmade quality to all of our products. The stones may vary slightly in size and design. Please allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and shipping. If you need an piece by a certain date, we will try to work with you for a rush fee - to be determined by the turn around and type of piece. Please contact our design team at hello@hexornjewelry.com to discuss rush orders or specific requests. 

To create a more powerful connection to the jewelry, we offer commissions on crystal rings, to be individually crafted for our customers. We can add custom symbolism to the rings to increase the potency of the crystal's energy, and we are happy to discuss with you your intentions for the ring and help find the right stone and symbolism. Please contact us for custom inquiries. 

Hexorn does not allow returns on any items, other than exchanges on faulty goods. 

We recommend you have your finger sized professionally by a local jeweler in your area before you purchase a ring. We do not offer resizing on any crystal rings, due to the fragility of the stones, and any resizing by another jeweler is done entirely at the risk of the customer. Ring resizing is available with a fee and a shipping cost to the customer for our symbolic rings only. Please contact us with the purchase details, current size and what size you require and we will get back to you with a quote and timeline.

All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Manufacturing faults do not include:
• Wear and tear including misshapen rings
• Damage from negligence and improper care
• Work undertaken by other jewelers, including resizing
• Broken chains, claws or prongs
• Plating that has worn off
• Oxidization of polished silver or worn oxidization on Out Of The Darkness pieces.
Please note, our Out Of The Darkness rings are over-oxidized with a chemical compound and sealed with wax. This process is not permanent and will alter over time with wear. This process will wear differently depending on the body chemistry and skin oils of the wearer. We can suggest inexpensive products to re-oxidize your pieces, if you would like to keep the dark finish. Please contact us for information.

Chipped, cracked or broken stones will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We try to select stones with the greatest integrity, but we cannot guarantee repair or replacement of a stone if damage has occurred based on wear and tear.

All pieces come with care instruction information that should be followed.

If you find your pieces has a manufacturing fault we will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece. Please email us at hello@hexornjewelry.com with a photograph of the faulty item, a description of the default and a proof of purchase, either the emailed receipt from Hexorn or a bank statement. We will follow up with the return/exchange or repair process from there. 

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, and Paypal.

International duties, import fees and any additional local taxes that your country or state applies are not included and are the customer's responsibility. Lost packages, both international and in the US are not the responsibility of Hexorn.
